Qualifications and Skills

  • Post-secondary training/certificate combined with experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Window etc.(Experience with Jonas Software and Sitedocs considered an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in high stress environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Sign for packages/deliveries
  • Track and prepare service work orders for AP
  • Filing - Attach all packing slips, invoices, and credits to matching service work orders
  • Report typing
  • Issuing purchase orders to technicians and managers
  • Order and coordinate delivery/pick up of drawings & specs for projects
  • Update Project boards (Roofing Jobs & General Contactor Jobs)
  • Create and update all spreadsheets for tracking purposes
  • Track and update maintenance contracts
  • Track and type maintenance reports
  • Book hotels and flights for out of town workers
  • Order and maintain office supplies (this includes grocery errands for lunch room)
  • Maintain office and boardroom cleanliness
  • Cell phone maintenance; questions, repairs etc.
  • Track and update tool inventory lists
  • Help coordinate staff functions in/out of work hours
