Bell Hotel

The project was to redevelop a 100 year old hotel that had been vacant for 5 years and turn it into a assisted living complex. The entire existing mechanical system was removed and an updated hydronic/chilled water system was installed. All new water, drains and vent lines were installed as well as new plumbing fixtures. We installed 2 high efficient hydronic boilers to provide for the heat and a separate boiler to meet the domestic hot water demands. A 53 ton chiller was installed on the roof to provide the required cooling demand.
