Maple Leaf Construction: New office/garage

A&B Mechanical provided a highly efficient HVAC system for the new Maple Leaf Construction facility on Brookside Blvd. The project included plumbing for office areas, a large repair shop, an auto car wash, and a welding shop. Complete in-floor heating was installed throughout, with multi-zone controls to optimize comfort and efficiency. The team also provided full ventilation for the building, including vehicle and welding exhaust extraction systems. Two high-efficiency gas boilers with sequencing controls were installed to support the demanding operational schedule. Despite the complexity, the project was completed on time and on budget.
