Garden City

Description

This project consisted of the redevelopment of the old Sears store at Garden City. The project was to be completed in 2 phases with Phase 1 being the north section and Phase 2 being the south section of the building. The entire building was demolished from the interior concrete floor to all outside walls. The only part that was left standing was the steel structure and the roof. The project consisted of the supply and installation of 23 roof-tops, gas piping, removal and replacement of all underground and above ground storm drainage and supply and install of future rough-ins for future tenants.
